A Grade B listed fishing net store that dates back 1760 and the establishment of Gardenstown, Aberdeenshire.
The dwelling had been neglected for many years although some alterations had been started by the previous owner.
The project undertook some minor internal alterations, renovation of the staircase and internal decoration
